I have seen this bug for several days so hope Smalltalk team could fix this as soon as possible since I have paid for my Pro account and I believe I deserve an answer and effort to fix this from the team

In the final estimation of results, my vocabulary got B1, but as I scroll down, it says "ACTIVE VOCABULARY 8567 words correspond to level C1, the next level C2 starts with 10000 words". So the final estimation is not correct and with other results being B2, C1, B1 - I would have gotten B2 average instead of B1! I am attachi...

It changes my selected options. If I select option B then in result it shows that I have selected option A or Option C.

I have an icon that my microphone is being used all the time when the app is open, not only when recording audio

Error message is "TypeError: Failed to fetch dinamically imported ://app.smalltalk2.me/assets/Report-75786d50.js" in both in phases 10 Stressful Situations and 11.Criticism

This is the sample error msg I'm seeing on my PC and Laptop.

After signing in to the app using Brave browser (v1.61.109) on Windows 11 (Win 11 PRO 23H2) all page is greyed out and not interactive. there's this bug and error message keeps showing whenever i use this ielts speaking. so after the last question, it suddenly shows error message and i can't go to the next step to make the ai analyze my speaking. in the end, i have to continue to redo my speaking and i couldn't see the score. please take a look.

While using the function "Ielts custom test", the website keeps showing the error 500 so my recording is not saved and evaluated.

Today I didn't see my progress in "small talk" and in other courses (I had done whole course, but now I see 8/21), and overall I can't see any tasks in "speeches of famous people" course

I will never be able to pay for it, on the other hand, due to the fact that I live in Iran, all payment methods are blocked. I'm very sad that I can't use this great app. I really liked its courses and wanted to follow them seriously

My records today, 12/1/2022, were not saved while they are under processing

Task 2 of speaking stuck at 1 hour preparation time. Even when I click on skip preparation the time resets to 1 hour

the timer starts counting down from 59:59 mins in the speaking test part2 and dpesnt start recording by the time the 1 minute prepratioin time is over. (this feature was perfectly working last week)
