I wrote the first written activity requested ( a complaint about a rental accomodation for a family) and tried to send It many times without success So I ask for making It possible to send these sctivities and to receive the necessary evaluations of them

I keep on submitting writing tasks but I get the result without a band score, just a feed back, without the bands of the different categories for marking..what could be the reason?

I have an actual subscription on your service but each time the banner below pops up after an exercise passing. Moreover i can't close it. Close button doesn't work therefore all that i can do to get rid of it just remove pop up's element from DOM through dev tools. I can't ignore it 'cause it takes half of viewport.

If questions were read out loud by AI during the mock interviews, it would create a clearer sense of interactive dialogue. Reading the questions and responding verbally reduces the sense of dialogue.
