The pop up left despite actual subscription

I have an actual subscription on your service but each time the banner below pops up after an exercise passing.

Moreover i can't close it. Close button doesn't work therefore all that i can do to get rid of it just remove pop up's element from DOM through dev tools. I can't ignore it 'cause it takes half of viewport.
