Start Record Button Disappears

When I try to enter the speaking practice for Unit 5, the Start Record button disappears after a second, and I can't start the recording session. This happens for all the following speaking practice lessons in the 'English Grammar in Use' course. It seems to work fine on other courses, but I want to proceed with this course and am stuck for now.
